Reviews Summary

Customer sentiment for FlexShopper is predominantly negative based on recent reviews. Reviewers consistently note issues with customer service, difficulties with refunds, automated payment problems, and miscommunications with both FlexShopper and associated vendors. There are repeated criticisms regarding unexpected charges, delays in refunds, and customer service agents not resolving concerns efficiently, with multiple reviewers describing frustration when trying to speak with representatives.

The most frequent themes include negative experiences with the approval and ordering process, unexpected changes in loan or leasing terms, and payment withdrawals beyond what customers anticipated. Difficulty contacting helpful representatives, receiving contradictory information, and persistent debt collection calls even after completing payments are also common. Notably, several customers mention platform and verification issues that blocked or complicated their purchases, with problems often escalating when customers' accounts were subject to errors.

Overall, FlexShopper is regarded as unreliable by recent customers, with service inconsistencies and repeated administrative errors undermining its reputation. In the regions where it operates, dissatisfaction centers on poor customer support, billing inaccuracies, and slow or problematic issue resolution. Prospective customers should be aware of these recurring difficulties when considering lease-to-own or payment plan services with this company.

Where do I even begin... well so I signed up they approved me for 1500 so okay I go to order a monitor from best buy for pick up get a email from best buy even confirming my recent purchase.. little did I know that the item was not in stock after I had to call flex shopper and best buy myself because flexshoppers customer service sucks. Even when I called customer service each representative gave me different information like oh, you'll have to wait till they send you an email that you can pick up your item. So it normally takes like 3-5 business days or 24-72 hours. Waited 5 business days.. But then I had to call Best Buy myself. And they said the item was not in stock anywhere, so I had to cancel my order for best Buy and then called flex shopper as well, And then wait 5 to 7 business days for my refund. Which I think that they should not charge you until they for sure that the item is being replenished or not. So then I was at square one again still with no refund from the first one. My total updated that i could purchase something else. So then they said that I could try again with a different purchase so I did but this time I actually did some research to make sure it was available for pick up, and So they took my money a second time. Approved it and then I got an email like a couple hours later saying that they denied it. So then I have to wait for a second refund. Now for 5-7 more business days. So I don't really recommend this for anyone trying to get something on payments cause really they jack up the price n hit ya with them not giving you your money back as quick as they take it.

I had an account opened with flexshoppers we paid all that was owed to them. I called to ask about the last payment witch cought me by surprise because it was less then Inwas paying. When the rep answered he explained our conversation was being recoreded cause it was a debt collection company. I explained that i was wondering on my payment being less then expected the guy explained that it was the last payment and i was done i also asked about a payoff letter and told me it would be emailed to me. I did receive it and as of today since march we paid it off we are still recieveing calls that we owe money. I answered one of the calls and explained everything to them and they were suppose to get back to me. Nothing on that call but still recieving debt collectiong calls. Horrible customer service i will be contecting them back again to see what happened to the recorded message on the last payment

Flex came was there in a clutch for some mechanic service i needed to have done. I was able to pay them with no problems. I decided to use them again and this is when all the problems came about. The manager put me in to pay monthly according to my pay schedule. I agreed to pay a month in advance to procure this arrangement. After about 3 months, the automatic draft didn't happen one month then the second month. I assumed they went out of business because I never got any call or email concerning the payment. After about a year, I finally get an email stating the full balance is due. I spoke with several FlexShopper reps as well as the debt collection service they sold my account to. They lied and said they tried to contact me through email and phone calls and I never responded. I never got any email regarding my bill until a year after they stopped taking payments. I did, however, get emails regarding setting up accounts for other products with them. So they had all of my information including my account number which at any time they could have taken payment, my phone number as well as my email address. They had access and dropped the ball. I do not recommend if you get paid monthly.
