Booked an appointment for the last day of my lease by calling the number on their website. Confirmed it the day before and day of. Team never showed up despite repeatedly telling me they were on their way. Called the main office to get help and they lied to me saying it was a referral through a friend and not a normal booking so they wouldn't help me. Avoid this company.
