Crooks Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Company at All Costs I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with this company. They have not collected my bins for 7 weeks, despite multiple calls and emails. Every time I contact them, I’m given a different excuse or vague promise that “someone will be in touch” – yet nothing ever happens. It’s been nothing but a frustrating runaround. To make matters worse, they refuse to let me cancel my contract without charging a fee – even though they’re not providing the service I’m paying for. They continue to take money from my account every month without delivering the basic service of bin collection. This is completely unacceptable and borders on unethical. I feel trapped in a contract with a company that doesn’t fulfill its obligations. If you’re considering using them, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this company to

I signed a contract with Waste Managed and paid in advance. They promised to deliver waste containers — not once, not twice, but THREE times — and failed every single time. No explanation, no accountability, just delay after delay.I gave them more than enough time and even a final written deadline. Still nothing. After over a month without receiving the bins, I terminated the contract due to their clear breach.And then? They had the nerve to demand a £600 + VAT exit fee, even though their own terms clearly list other (much lower) cancellation charges — which don’t even apply when the fault is on their side. The whole experience was a waste of time, money and patience. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and borderline dishonest.If you run a serious business, stay away. There are better, more transparent companies out there.

If i could give them 0 i would have. Absolute scum bags. I took over a business that had a contract with them, 2 weeks into my new business i called them to let them know the bins hadn’t been collected and change the name on the contract. I was told that a name change was not possible and that i would have to take out a new contract. I was give a price over the phone that seemed reasonable, so i asked for a written contract via email, the price was completely different in the email and had extra charges that wasnt mentioned when i specifically asked are there additional charges. So i called them back and told them that i did not agree with the written contract and that i would not be signing it. They collected their bin a week later and i signed a contract with chambers. 3 years later i found they had filed for a ccj in my name for the value of £2000. How a company with 1700 1 star review still operates is beyond me. Owners need to be held accountable for what they have put people thru.
