This is my new happy place. Security is tight—you go through building security and then check in at the store’s front desk—but everyone was friendly and helpful. I stopped by to see a bag in person before buying and really appreciated the shopping experience. No pressure, no hovering—just a relaxed space where I could take my time and enjoy being surrounded by bags. I ended up making the purchase with the wrong credit card, and they helped me fix it quickly and easily. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future pick-me-up purchases.

Zero if there is any. I've been a loyal customer for years and recently I tried to sell my bag and they said it is not authentic and they banned me for life. I emailed them asking for more details and they never responded. They asked me to pay for $75 because my item according to them is not authentic. I felt scammed. Can you imagine how many items they will say as not authentic and collect $75? Because if you don't, they will keep the item as abandoned. Of course, I will pay the $75 so I can get my $6000 bag. Such a fraud!

Finding Fashionphile in New York City turned out to be quite the adventure! The building is rather nondescript, with no signs outside to guide you. Once you locate the right place, you must take a special elevator to reach the correct floor. Upon stepping out, you're greeted by a friendly and stylish team who instantly elevate your mood. As you follow a long hallway, the excitement builds, and finally, you catch sight of a beautifully arranged display of colorful purses. The ambiance is chic and luxurious, making the waiting area a lovely spot to relax before browsing. The staff were incredibly accommodating, assisting us even without an appointment, which was a nice touch. Fashionphile boasts a curated selection of unique vintage pieces, especially from sought-after brands like Chanel and Hermes. The prices are fair for the quality and rarity of the items, though they tend to be on the higher side for secondhand designer goods. Once we selected the 3 handbags we wanted to see, one Hermes and 2 Chanels, the process to actual see the product was painfully slow, which detracted from the overall experience. To enhance your visit, I highly recommend making a pre-appointment to streamline your shopping. Overall, it's an okay experience set against the backdrop of stunning, one-of-a-kind handbags that make it worth the visit. I’m a huge fan who has bought many handbags online. I find that buying online is quite as effective as to visiting in person. I suggest to call and ask any staff member specific questions and extra photos to ensure you get what you are looking for. ** if you are looking for handbags by brands like Gucci, YSL and LV I would look directly at them in their official site/store before buying preloved ones. Fashionphile’s prices tend to be only a couple hundred less if not higher than the actually retail price.
