Zero if there is any. I've been a loyal customer for years and recently I tried to sell my bag and they said it is not authentic and they banned me for life. I emailed them asking for more details and they never responded. They asked me to pay for $75 because my item according to them is not authentic. I felt scammed. Can you imagine how many items they will say as not authentic and collect $75? Because if you don't, they will keep the item as abandoned. Of course, I will pay the $75 so I can get my $6000 bag. Such a fraud!

Once we selected the 3 handbags we wanted to see, one Hermes and 2 Chanels, the process to actual see the product was painfully slow, which detracted from the overall experience.
