DO NOT BUY FABLETICS! There is a Class action lawsuit against them. Do not sign up for a membership. I placed an order on May 1, 2025. Two weeks later I tried to call because I hadn’t received the order. The message indicated I may receive a call back. It indicated the call back time was over two hours. I did this twice at different times of day. On May 14, 2025 I contacted Fabletics via chat. They indicated my order had shipped and I needed to wait 24-48 hours. If my order did not arrive, I should call back. THIS IS PART OF THEIR SCAM. They will try to keep kicking the can down the road for another 24-48 hours. I chatted on May 17th and requested a refund again. They tried to tell me the same thing as before. “The order has been shipped”. “Please wait 24-48 hours before requesting a refund”. I went through four different chat agents, was mysteriously disconnected, given the run around, they made up shipping and delivery dates. They made up dates for me to wait to contact them and indicated it was policy. I asked them to send me the policy. They said they had to wait for that also. They then indicated there was shipping delay on May 14 and any orders placed between May 1-7 had to wait another 10 days until May 24. I pressed the matter and told them they changed the terms of the agreement but never gained my consent as the consumer to the change in terms for shipping. It took much persistence but they finally issued the refund and terminated my membership. This company engages in breach of contract, unfair business practices, lies and deceit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
