On December 23 , 2023 , my bicycle sadly died , and it is my means of transportation to get work , arroun 15km cycling. I almost didn¨t go shopping for my new bike because of the bad reviews . I went to a couple of well-know stores in the city , but the offer of "cheap hybrid bikes" was very limited and they need many extras , such as fenders . The model that I liked was offered by EVANS , and I did not hesitate to go and meet the store and its amazing crew . FINDLAY assisted to me and we saw what interested me kindly and patiently , because it is already know that many times , WE , CUSTOMERS , inexperienced and impatient due to different circumstances . I am happy to see for my self that the Evans crew is great at self-motivated at work , they know what they doing an I have not doubt that Findlay y is an proactive expert and has people skills .

I have shopped at Evans for years. Online mainly. I tried to purchase a pair of FiveTen shoes for my father for Christmas. The first order I placed would not process, I contacted customer services and was told it was an "IT error" and was advised to cancel and re-order. I did this, but again, the order never moved from the "processing" point. Again, customer services told me to cancel and re-order for the third time. I did this and guess what... same problem. No solution, no shoes and messed around for just short of 4 weeks now. Completely unacceptable. No number to call customer services on. They are helpful by email, but no solutions to the issue. I won't shop at Evans again. Zero / Five

Popped in this morning to see if I someone could look at my brakes and wheel after a bad fall. The guys were friendly and helpful and fixed it all in less than 10 minutes! I also get my bike serviced here and I've always received great service from them - would gladly recommend.
