I had quite the opposite experience as some of the other reviewers. I had multiple consultations on the products and they didn't seem to upsale too much. The front desk staff were very kind. Jessica did my work and she is a true artist! I was a bit hesitant the next day but things hadn't settled yet. She spent the time necessary and made sure I saw the results in real-time, so there were no surprises. It can be a scary experience to trust someone with your face with results that last over 9 months. I'm glad I took a leap of faith and plan on returning next month! 4 months later Update: I had a pretty uncomfortable visit and had it not been for Prunella I probably wouldn't be returning. I don't want to put a lot of negativity into the universe because I believe my concerns have been dealt with, but I do feel the need to put out a bit of an ominous warning. The entire staff are amazing. Let's just say I won't be returning on a day that Anna Marie is on staff. If people want a safe and comfortable experience then I'd recommend requesting Jessica for all your needs.

Big shout out to Epi Center and AnaMarie. I have heard great things about this Med Spa over the years and I finally made an appointment for a Holiday face "refresher". I came in for a consult with AnaMarie and she knew just what I needed. I look and now feel rejuvenated. I tried the EZ Gel. She added another couple small touches and I love the results. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars!
