EMC Security is awesome. They know what they are doing, and they are a 3rd of the price of ADT for monthly monitoring with the same level of equipment and customer service. Greg came out to give a quote and he knew exactly what to put in the system for the house. Noah came out to install the system. He even added the thermostats to it at no charge. He gave me a few tips as well for the system. I learned a few things. He was very skilled and knowledgeable. Glad I went with them again! EMC Security is worth the price...you get a quality well working product with great people behind what they do.

I have had the best experience with EMC thus far. Each time I needed assistance the techs, Mr. Todd and Mr. Bobby were phenomenal. They told me about services I wasn’t aware. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, EMC, for putting together such an amazing team. Additionally, I did not have to wait a long time for a technician to resolve my issues.

I love the alarm system. But having to wait two weeks for a technician to service my alarm system which is not working at all is ridiculous. Update: I was a little upset but you guys made it right. A representative called and was able to get a technician out the same day, Thank you so much! Mark is an incredible technician!
