They called us to schedule speech therapy for a 77 year old when they do not even offer speech therapy for adults. When we went for the appointment they wasted our time doing a psychiatric evaluation when that is not what the dr referred him for. We explained clearly that we were there for speech therapy. Later they called to explain that they don't offer speech therapy for adults. When I called to speak to someone to make sure this doesn't happen again to someone else, they said someone would call back. I called twice and no one has acknowledged their mistake nor called back. They were happy to bill us for wasting our time and delaying our ability to get an appointment with someone who could help us. Do not recommend.

Will throw meds at you and refuse to help you with disability paperwork when you have a legitimate disability that forces you to be off work and have proven that to them. So very disappointed in these facilities and their lack of helping patients maintain their own autonomy over their bodies. Yet they all will not hesitate to post how they actively listen and want to help in their profiles. What a joke. Just don’t with the mental health facilities here. Might have better luck going to someone who is private at their own practice. Just like most the other places are complete robots who can’t think outside of the company that pays them. Had better healthcare care in AR and that’s saying something. They are now trying to charge me for services that weren’t rendered won’t be giving them a dime.

Wish I could give negative stars. We waited 2 and a half hours from 2:30 5pm this past Friday for no one to show up. It was 5pm and still no one came on for our virtual appointment. I called multiple times, left a voicemail and was completely stood up for our virtual intake appointment for our daughter. Only to then be charged a NO SHOW 4 days later.. If this is how you treat your new patients, don’t even want to know what or how you treat your existing, and not even get a call back. What a joke. Even took screenshots of us waiting just because we had a feeling. I personally will be telling everyone this negative experience.
