I wanted to give this 0 stars but Google required 1 star This company and its support is a a joke. I signup to use the service and could not get past a "rejected fax number". No info in Help, no context info in their dialogs. Called the number on the help screen, got a corporate guy and he transferred me to "retail customer support" where no one answered in 22 minutes. So I cancelled my account. But....it gets better.... A few hrs later I got a call from an Efax customer that said Support gave him MY PHONE NUMBER for assistance. They lost that customer as well.

The website worked well and I would provide 5 stars, but they overcharged me and ended up disputing it and received credit. Overcharging shouldn't occur in the first place. Otherwise, it is a wonderful service. Just not worth what they currently charge, monthly. Would be nice to have an account for less fax pages monthly for less, monthly.

I can't begin to state how upset I am at this company. They charge you without notifying you of an increase at all. I transitioned from efax to efax corp and the charges were poorly communicated. I'm going over the contract and emails and I don't see the extra charges. Finally I switched to a different platform. We canceled in December. Why am I now being charged for services in the amount of $115 when I already ended contract AND have not used their fax. I asked for an itemized statement/bill to see what they're billing me for. No response.
