I can’t recommend Eden Conveyancing enough – particularly Katie Hull, who supported me through the process of buying my first home. Katie was fantastic from start to finish. Initially, I had to pull out of my first purchase due to some unforeseen risks, but I returned to Eden Conveyancing for my second attempt, and I’m so glad I did. Katie went above and beyond. She carefully assessed what work from my original case could be carried over, helping me avoid unnecessary costs – things like the financial checks didn’t need to be repeated, which saved both time and money. Her communication was excellent throughout. She kept everything moving, was always available to answer my questions, and made the whole process feel much more manageable. When the seller pushed for an unexpectedly short completion date, Katie made it happen. She worked efficiently in the background, ensured every box was ticked, and allowed us to hit the deadline with minimal stress. Buying a first home can be daunting, but Katie and the Eden Conveyancing team made it as smooth as possible. Sometimes it’s worth paying a little more for peace of mind and great service – and this was absolutely one of those times. Thank you again for everything!

We cannot recommend Famida Salem and Eden Conveyancing highly enough! As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming but thanks to Famida’s dedication, expertise and unwavering support everything felt smooth and stress-free. Famida has been absolutely phenomenal in pushing to ensure we secured our home before the stamp duty deadline. During such a busy period with so many people rushing to complete, she has gone above and beyond to make it happen for us. Her work ethic and professionalism are truly admirable. Can't recommend Eden Conveyancing - especially Natalie - enough. I spoke with a number of Conveyancers ahead of our purchase and Eden stood out as open, honest, simple to use and friendly. They are online based and we have had exceptional communication throughout. As this was our first time buying, we had a lot of questions. I have been very grateful for Natalie's support.
