Wow - i am in complete shock with the treatment i have received today by Stuart May. Considering the nature of this company and extremely sensitive issue around my divorce i have then today been put under immense stress which i feel was not warranted. I was emailed by Stuart May last week about my divorce and i responded to him today in which i was under the impression this was private and confidential and just for Divorce.online to write into there notes system… oh no, Stuart copied my email and pasted it onto an email for my husband to read and now my husband has gone extremely angry and even to the point of taking our houses off the market because of private content which i thought was just between myself and Divorce.online. At no time did i authorise Stuart to just copy and paste to my husband and even more after i have spoken to them previously about how sensitive our divorce is and the circumstances surrounding it and so why on earth would Stuart want to cause such immense stress to myself and my husband that is now taking it out on me!!!!! No acceptable! And surely a breach of data protection as i was never warned this email would be sent in full to my husband!!!!!!!!! I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up and this has been dismissed on several occasions!! How unprofessional and rude and in sensitive can Stuart be when this is a divorce!!! I am absolutely shocked and stunned and now thanks to Stuart my husband has taken the houses off the market and we will have to get the courts involved!!! Thanks Divorce.online!! And to make things even more upsetting and insensitive, Stuarts last email to me was telling me i am not there client and that only my husband is yet they called me last May for half the payment to act for us on the divorce!!!! So upset and traumatised by this. Update August 14th. You have responded to my review and i am shocked still that NOBODY has got back to my complaint raised last Saturday 9th Aug when your email and website states a response within 3 days to acknowledge my complaint and yet you have not replied at all and you are wriggling out of this and i am afraid that is not ok. I want now please to escalate this so please advise me further? I will await your response but quite clearly you are intent on ignoring me and under this extremely sensitive issue. Really unprofessional yet you can come onto my review and not be truthful about Stuart’s absolute nightmare and stress he has caused and you don’t care!!!
