Ordered a pair of jeans in early December, and they arrived Monday 12/9 with a massive gap in the stitching along the seam of the right thigh, so I immediately requested a return that afternoon. I emailed every day for FOUR DAYS and finally heard back from someone on Thursday afternoon. I sent the jeans back the next day, and tracking confirmed that they received them on 12/17. I hear nothing from them. I email on 12/23 just checking in—look, I’m not expecting anyone to be working around Christmas, but it’s been almost a week, so I figure I’ll check in and maybe I’ll hear something back once everyone it back to work. A little over a week later, January 2nd, I get a message saying my order is picked and will be shipped the next day. When I inquire about tracking three days later, I get an email saying they were confused and actually my return (that they’ve had for two weeks at this point) has not yet been processed, but that a new order has been entered and should ship later that week. At the end of the week, I inquire about shipping and am told that their current lead time is 2-3 weeks. I get that, but you’ve had my return for three weeks and earlier this week you said they should ship this week. Now you’re telling me it may be an additional 2-3 weeks. When pressed about timeframe, Gage admitted he had no idea when my jeans would ship, but he was actually pretty accurate, because it was an additional two weeks after that when I received my shipping confirmation. I finally received my replacement jeans on 1/27—almost 6 weeks after they received my defective exchange jeans, and 8 weeks since my initial order. Anyway, all that to say that this has been a remarkably awful customer service experience. But what about the jeans?! They’re terrible. The fabric is unimpressive, and the hems look puckered and crooked like they were sewn by someone wearing a blindfold. I was hoping these would be better quality than something I could get for $20-30 on Amazon or at Walmart, but they actually look and feel much worse than that. Overall disappointing experience. Not going to bother trying to return them for a refund because I just want this nightmare to be over.

I've bought many pairs of jeans from Dearborn Denim in the past, and the quality was always good. The price was high, but you got what you paid for. However, this most recent order was not up to the same quality standards as before. I ordered three pairs of jeans, two of which were fine. The third, though, was the wrong size in the waist and very baggy in the thighs. When I asked for the correct size to be sent as an exchange, I was told that the best they could do was "30% off of another pair". For the prices that they charge, this level of customer service is unacceptable. So now I'm stuck with an $80 pair of jeans that do not fit. I hope that in the future, Dearborn Denim can find better ways to process returns on defective products. As much as I would love to recommend them, based on this most recent experience, I cannot in good conscience do that. Until they change this, I would advise that you buy jeans elsewhere.

Great products and exceptional service. The quality is far superior to Levi’s and they are made in the US. They also do on the spot hemming at no additional charge. So for those with a non standard inseam, this is fantastic. Best part is the staff. Friendly and knowledgeable.
