This is some text inside of a div block.
I reapplied for my licence after a driving ban in 2002. I firstly inquired and I was informed that I needed to provide a passport/biometric, proof of residence and adresss etc and a fee of £65. I did everything as required and purchased 3 Royal Mail next day special delivery envelopes. I received back my documents on 27/06/2025 and was informed that my licence would be sent within two weeks.As expected, that did not happen and I decided the painful process of calling them, after a considerable length of period I managed to get hold of someone. He did not seem to have a clue about his job and immediately gave me another number to call.That number led me to the dreadful messaging service. Upon posting my very details,I was informed that those details fo not match....I know exactly what I filled in and was absolutely disgusted by such incompetence, one would get a better service anywhere in the third world than the DVLA in UK

This organisation lost my passport and didn't care to update me. I spent hours & hours on the phone waiting & being passed on, sent countless emails before someone could tell me it was probably lost in the post. They did not care nor did they offer to pay for the replacement. I'm shocked that this organisation is deemed any way acceptable to serve people.

Absolutely useless. Website crash every 5 min. It does not allow me to go through unless you have a UK passport. Which I don't as I am a resident but not citizen. I am simply trying to change my drive license and motorcycle reg address. Can you not have a simple online system for it? I have been on hold in your call for over 1 h and no one is replying.. Ridiculous
