It took me a year to recover from the way I was treated in this clinic because of my age and the results. I had a good promising first consultation. However,I am aware and informed that the fertility tests good results can be good but does not mean 100% success.i had 10 eggs retrieved and 7 of good grades with 6 of best grades. I Was updated the first 3 days of embryos then afterward received an email that disappeared before I read it on a weekend. Contact the clinic to find out what it was about and was told I will be call the next day or 2days. Anxious to know how my 6 good embryos I was informed of on Thursday and Friday were doing. When I call in afternoon, I was told that no I am will received the call on Tuesday instead. Call again on Tuesday, I was told I will received a call on Wednesday. On Wednesday I received a call from an ambriologist I never spoken before telling me what do you want us to do with your one embryo that is left, conduct the biopsy test done on it. Not even explained to me what happened to the other embryos which were according to the information received on Friday were all growing well with good amount of cells as expected. When I asked the question, the person.without any consideration of my feelings just said, they dud not survive the biopsy due to your age. Since then,I did not speak again to either a consultant and the embryologist I have been spoken to before. The person was so ear close and no emphaty or care at all when speaking to me about it. I know I made payment for all ivf procedure from start to the end. I did not have any implantation for which I was asked to pay. They made me me pay for all drugs even progesterone that was supposed to be used when I already pregnant before hands. I was denied any kind of re-emboursement for all procedure I did not have. I paid even for embryos conservation for a year which did not even happened. I think my care after my embryos got probably accidentally destroyed by someone at that clinic without informing me and missing the dates of my update on the progress was really really unfair. To have the report of anything else to forward to my GP became another big deal on emails back and forward were I was turned around because they were asking me pay for the report after destroying my embryos.I said that because before the destruction of my embryos I was given every scan and consultant report without even asking for it. I did find it hard to believed. That one private care should that worst compared to the public care only because they know that care is not accessible to everyone in the public sector.

My experience at Create was very positive. Sensitive and kind staff, good communication & organisation, and a very professional set up. They are also not the only clinic we have attended, so can say objectively that they are amongst the best and we would recommend them highly.
