Purchased a bed. Customer service is below average in store. Delivery service extremely poor. Item arrived in box that had been bashed and badly handled. Not happy. Damaged product. Come on Argos you can do better than this!

Genuinely horrified at the customer service today. Went into purchase and within a minute, my item was on the belt . The two staff members were out the front all talking to each other the four members of staff having a lovely chat . Customers are waiting for their products and five minutes it sat on the boat and just before I lost my Call as she served me and I just think it’s totally ridiculous and there needs to be some kind of management in there .

Guys save yourselves the mental hassle and go to any other Argos. I went there to repair a faulty product they sold me. They explained they need to take the product out and look at it, in doing so they heavily scratched the product but I sadly only noticed when I got home. I had to make several trips back to the store explaining that they damaged my product and it’s completely devalued my expensive product. Myself and my company were called liars and not listened to, we were told to come on a certain day and when we turned up they said they couldn’t help. We got told it was our word against theirs and they refused to check the security cameras. Eventually we received a phone call from the store manager explaining that they reviewed the security cameras and there is clear proof of staff members miss handling the product. I was then offered a replacement. But it was extremely stressful especially considering the product was worth over £200. I was very thankful for the store manger sorting it out but to be called liars, spoken over and ignored by the other staff was crushing.
