Avoid CORONA like the plague. If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately for us the previous owner was with Corona so I had to do a change of tenancy before I could switch to a new electricity provider. From 011124 it took Corona till 210225 to do the switch. Emails were like ping pong as no evidence I sent was good enough even though the other utilities at the business accepted the same information and set up our account in the business name. Not Corona as they insisted on keeping it in my personal name not the Ltd company name even though they knew I was switching to another provider. They then sent my first correct bill for Nov 2024 on 210225 and then 3 months bills in another 2-3 weeks. The a debt letter soon after. Basically they hold you on a deemed contract as long as possible doing the switch so holding you to ransom. Then expecting you to pay 4 months bills on stupid unit rates through no fault of hours. It’s obviously done as nobody likes them and they want to maximise their profits at the expense of others. Avoid them

I'm not surprised at all to see their rating of 1.8. Corona customer services are HORRIBLE. They over charged for the common areas by thousand of pound and are ignoring us despite providing meters reading proving they over charged us. The issue has been going since March 2024 and they are now telling us they can't go back to previous years billing. Do NOT do business with them

Customer service personnel were nice, but this company is disorganised and systematically thoughtless. We inherited the account from a previous building occupant and it took 9 months for them to finally acknowledge we were the new occupants. Then they sent us 10 invoices at once, all due a few days from when they were sent. I'd told them this would happen and wasn't viable but nobody did anything. Then even basic stuff is wrong, like not putting BACS payment details on the bills. All there customers need to switch provider.
