The course superseded my expectations. To be honest, I was expecting a dry, online course that feed me information. That was not the case. It did give me information, but the course was interaction, personable, and insightful to the coaching industry that you do not read about on a website. Janice has years of experience that she gladly shares with her students. I believe capping the cohort at a small number keeps students engaged and more open to building a trusting, safe environment. By the end of the course, I had practical tools, skills and resources to help launch my coaching career. I feel set up for success to earn my ACC. If coaching is in your future, I highly recommend this coaching academy to get your started.

The CCTA Level 1 course exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers incredible value, providing a comprehensive curriculum with immediately applicable skills and fully prepares you for the ICF certification process. The flexible, self-paced format combined with live group calls made it easy to fit into my busy schedule. Plus, the supportive community of peers and mentors has been an unexpected bonus - not just professionally, but personally. And the support from CCTA doesn't stop when the class ends! I recently completed the Coach Certification Training Academy's virtual classroom program, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Janice, my instructor, did a wonderful job creating an environment that fostered the same group synergies and natural growth as a traditional classroom setting. The program's structure is incredibly well thought out, consisting of 30 hours of comprehensive training. The 10 hours of pre-work laid a solid foundation, while the 20 hours of engaging virtual classroom sessions provided ample opportunities for group practice and “live” demonstrations. This intensive and affordable 5-week course prepared me thoroughly to become a professional coach without compromising the quality of learning.
