Let me start with having my daughter here in 2009 for her migraine headaches. She’s tried different doctors and medications in Evansville, IN where we’re from with no success. Cleveland Clinic was able to break the migraine cycle and give her relief at last! 😁👍 Fast forward to now…. I brought my fiancé to the Clinic for her ascending aortic aneurysm and high blood pressure after several different doctors and specialists, again in Evansville, IN with no success! Are you seeing the issues here? The doctors in Evansville have no clue how to treat their patients! The doctor she saw at the Cleveland Clinic knew exactly what her issues were and was able to readjust her BP meds, (she was on FIVE different medications with no success) and got her down to only three medications just once a day instead of FIVE medications three times per day! The doctors, nurses, and other staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! Belinda McKinney in the registration office was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! She was SO CARING and so polite and friendly! She actually CARED about the patient! The staff at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN DOES NOT CARE about the patients AT ALL!!! The specialist doctor that treated my fiancé was so polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! He actually CARED about her and wondered why she was on so many different medications for her blood pressure! He made her feel better about her aneurysm overall and putting her on less medications as well. We are looking forward to working with the Cleveland Clinic and their team in the future. We’re DEFINITELY not going to let any more of the doctors OR hospitals, especially Deaconess Hospital in Evansville treat us again! They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Don’t be afraid of getting a second opinion about your medical issues if you don’t feel good about your doctor, and ESPECIALLY if you’re having a bad experience with the hospital! SPEAK UP FOR YOURSELF!!! The doctors and ESPECIALLY the HOSPITAL STAFF in Evansville OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE!!!

Absolutely massive hospital! They have care for everything. I am so glad there are many maps and directions throughout this hospital because it would be so easy to get lost if not. The doctors and nurses are super helpful and they seem to really care about what you have to say and how you feel. The wait for bloodwork was super quick, about 3 minutes total. Unfortunately I need to come back from another state in a couple weeks for more tests because of how booked they are that is the only downside of the whole Clinic but overall. They found that I have a rare condition that my local hospital should have found with all the tests they ran, but somehow they didn't. It took the Cleveland Clinic ONE TEST, JUST ONE to diagnose and find my problem. Now I am able to get surgery to help. I am so thankful for the doctors and nurses at this clinic. It has been a fantastic experience going here and I am so glad I walked away with answers because of them. 11/0 experience so far at the Cleveland Clinic! If you need care, I recommend them!

They seem to have good doctors, but the overall organization and place is too massive and disorganized. We went for a one hour appt and it took 2 hours between waiting in the waiting room for almost 1/2 hour and then waking to and from the parking garage.
