I've been a patient at the Center for New Medicine for about 7–8 months. At first, I was going three to four times a week. I'm now down to once or twice a week. While I do believe they offer excellent modalities and treatments that have contributed to my healing and progress, the way this place is run has become a serious concern. Over the past few months, I’ve watched things unravel. It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment, get guidance, or speak to someone who can help you navigate your care. Nurses are quitting left and right. Every single doctor I or my close friends have seen—four in total—are now gone. That includes three doctors who personally treated me. As of now, I'm not even under medical supervision for my condition, and no one has reached out to help reassign care or check in. There have been multiple price increases in the last six months, and the IVs are already overpriced. Now, to speak with a new doctor, there’s an additional charge—and no one has even had the courtesy to call and say, “Your doctor is no longer here—let’s talk about your treatment plan.” It's disorganized, and the lack of communication is unacceptable for a medical facility. Despite all of that, I will say the modalities themselves are powerful, and when the right practitioners were there, I felt I was getting top-tier care that genuinely helped me heal. I believe I may not be where I am today without them. But if there was another center offering the same quality of treatment with better structure and patient care, I’d go there in a heartbeat. Patients deserve transparency and support. New patients especially need to know they have the right to a patient advocate. When you first walk in, you're offered an overwhelming number of tests and recommendations—and without proper guidance, you can easily spend thousands you didn’t need to. There is little to no help navigating what’s truly necessary. Dr. Connealy, the owner, needs to stop blaming her staff (as the rumors suggest) and start treating patients like patients—not numbers. This place has potential, but right now, it’s falling short.
