Pure waste of money, just spend like 2 hours yourself you would do better job than this. Don't take their marketing at all, any free marketing services is extremely better than this because here you would get 0 call. This company is purely scam.

I had a really great experience with Capstone and would highly recommend. Amy took the time to interview me several times to build what multiple executive recruiters told me was one of the best resumes they had seen in years. I have also referred Amy to others and heard great things. I am surprised by the negative reviews - I have nothing but high customer satisfaction with their service.

Outstanding experience working with Amy. I looked at other options (Grandma, Top, Monster, Zip, etc.) but wanted a Certified Professional and a 1:1 personalized approach. I am glad I chose Capstone; Amy conducted an initial phone session with me gathering personal details, context, and career goals to inform my unique qualifications and resume. Turn-around times were quick, a few days, and Amy was very responsive and always positive. A note here that You will have to put in the effort and own your piece of the process (your accomplishments, metrics, proof points, timely revision notes, etc.), it’s a partnership and process -which is why it works. Amy at Capstone was a great partner and I recommend her highly if you are serious about a personalized process and require a high-level product. I have received several responses from the market already. Outstanding experience here.
