Im the kind of woman who takes extreme pride in her hair (it’s a defining feature of mine — probably my favorite) so every time I move to a new city it takes me months to find the right hair salon and hair dresser I trust to consistently give my hair the cut and care it deserves to keep it always amazing. Alexis Chin at Butterfly Studio Salon is officially my forever person. It’s not an exaggeration when I say I would fly back to NYC just to see her for a haircut — and I’m not the only client who would do this. I’ve recommended her to various friends and coworkers, all of whom always compliment my haircuts and the way my hair remains healthy and gorgeous in between cuts for months too. Alexis is also a wonderful human to sit and talk with while you’re letting her do her thing. She’s a true pro — taking your desires into account while helping figure out the best cut for your face and happiness while it grows out so it consistently looks amazing. The staff is also super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Alexis and the staff helped me rebook a cut for later the same day when a home emergency had to pull me away from the chair mid-cut!
