Total rip-off!! Extremely basic service for high price. I have been to several spas in different countries, never saw a $286 facial to be so basic. I particularly hated the way they would try to oversell- the moment I entered the massage room, she tried to sell some add-on, when I declined, she said, ok so you'll go for the basic only. Basic? Seriously? For $286? Anyway, a very mediocre facial followed and i dont think the therapist knew much about facial massages. Much smaller spa and much lesser cost have given me way better experiences than whatever that was. And at the checkout, the woman tried to sell products (which in some standard could be fine, although it wasn't fine for me). But when she asked me "would you like to add some tip" when she was preparing the bill. I was shocked. First of all, I overall don't like America's way of "demanding" tip. Secondly, if you are practicing such shamelessness, at least be polite and discreet. I mean, customers should have the power of signing off tip or no tip on the payment screen without him/her having to say no. In totality Burke Williams was a total rip-off, never visiting again or recommending.

The added touch of relaxation enhanced the entire experience and left me feeling truly pampered. Needless to say, I will absolutely be returning for more services at Burke Williams, and I’m seriously considering joining their membership program to make these rejuvenating experiences a regular part of my self-care routine. If you’re looking for a top-notch massage experience, do yourself a favor and book a session with Jessica—you won’t regret it!
