Poor customer service. Uses Evri as their preferred delivery service, even knowing their service is absolutely horrendous. You pay for next day delivery and it takes longer than standard delivery. You can’t speak to a human, as soon as you dare say refund to their automated chat……nothing but silence!

ought three dresses from Boohoo via their partnered brand AX Paris. I decided to return them as they did not fit. I could not return them via Boohoo and had to return them via AX Paris, who then provided a returns code 10 days later via Debenhams email. I returned the items and have proof of postage. We are now 15 days in. I contacted AX Paris, Debenhams, and Boohoo numerous times, and only Debenhams has responded, saying I have to contact Boohoo. It is an absolute disgrace that you cannot speak or even chat to an agent. I am down £146! I have never experienced such poor service! Do not buy from Boohoo EVER! Order number :UK1110258878
