This is some text inside of a div block.
Somehow keys are getting out from bond Wolfe for properties that are entered into auctions before the auction date. The properties are then being advertised on gumtree and marketplace as to let. Someone then leaves a key under a brick at front door for people to view. If viewer says they want it they are asked to pay cash deposit and 1 months rent. They are asked to meet at somewhere like the QE Hospital to pay the funds. When the buyer at auction finaly completes there are people living in the property or in some cases growing drugs ! See West Midlands police article regarding this: “Shock for buyers of West Midlands home 'sold last month' after £90k cannabis factory found inside”

I’ve sold two properties with Bond Wolfe in the past, both in the Midlands. This time, the property I had to sell quickly with a guaranteed sale, was in Lancashire. I was an unsure at first if Bond Wolfe would be the best auction house to go for. But they exceeded my expectations. Their advice was spot on with the marketing price and how to achieve the best possible price. They advertise on all three major property portals aswell as social media whereas most other auctioneers only advertise on on two property portals. My advice for anyone is to go with their advice and let them do what they’re best at. Thank you to all the team at Bond Wolfe.

Straightforward process, very quick purchase time for property, so if you're in a rush, and have the funding, then go for it, just make sure you read the legal pack before you bid, nearly all of the properties have a minimum of six grand "buyer fee" which is a bit sneaky, especially if you're not aware of it. I was expecting it though so I factored this into my bidding and successfully won a house at a decent price. Staff can be a little bit abrupt and miserable sometimes, but apart from those two things very good.

Reviews Summary

Overall, customer sentiment for Bond Wolfe’s property auction service is mixed, with strong appreciation from many clients for professionalism, expertise, and results, contrasted by reports of process-related issues and concerns around transparency. Reviewers consistently mention reliable advice and quick turnarounds, but a number also raise alarms regarding unclear guide prices, unexpected fees, and stressful or confusing legal processes.

Frequent themes across the reviews include positive experiences with key staff—specific praise goes to team members like James Brady, James Rossiter, Damien Triplett, and Perm for their support, proactive advice, and communication. Customers regularly highlight swift deals, effective advertising, and strong local market knowledge, although some express dissatisfaction with fee transparency and certain abrupt staff interactions. Several reviewers point out the importance of reading contractual documents and being aware of additional buyer fees that may not be obvious upfront.

Bond Wolfe’s reputation, particularly in regions like the Midlands and Lancashire, is characterized by a track record of completed sales, knowledgeable staff, and effective marketing. While many clients return or refer others, ongoing concerns around auction processes, first registrations, and clear fee disclosure indicate room for improvement. Overall, Bond Wolfe is regarded as a capable auction house delivering results, though transparency remains an area to watch for future clients.
