Really awful. Left paying a large amount of money for being "Out of contract" when Bionic failed to setup the correct details with the new supplier after a change in the company name that they were told about in 2021/22. Having told them and the new supplier Yu Energy about the incorrect names on the account it took from Feb until May to get a new account set up. All that time we were beinf charged £3 a day standing charge for using 1-2 kw of electricity a day. It took weeks to sort out the new "contract" while Yu Energy was vastly over charging. All they said was it is in their Terms and Conditions that they charge "higher rates" while out of contract. We were not told what those higher charges were until we received a huge bill. No redress, as it was our fault! You engage a broker to find the best deal not to expolit you and to be inefficient with replieas allow costs to mount. In the end we set up our own contract with the supplier. Very poor experience. Staff at both companies are very blunt and it took cc-ing the CEO of Yu Energy to get a response.

We go to bionic because of their access to the market. Unfortunately after being convinced of the best insurance quote, we found it far cheaper elsewhere. Furthermore they failed to provide important information for an energy supplier for 2 of our companies which has resulted in issues we've never experienced before. Its been 2 months since we approached them about this and they have failed to respond. They've locked in commission for 3 years so why would they bother? Don't be fooled by thinking they can provide the best price, definitely shop around with suppliers direct and other insurance brokers.
