An appalling and unethical experience. I was a loyal customer of this company for over 16 months. I used the account monthly and paid the full balance every single time without fail. Then, one month, due to a simple bank processing issue, a payment didn’t go through. I corrected it immediately—paid in full within a week. Their response? They permanently froze my account without warning, explanation, or any regard for my flawless payment history. I requested a review. Their only reply: “Your account will remain frozen at this time.” No rationale. No due process. Just a flat refusal to engage. When I asked to redeem the thousands of points I had earned or to simply close the account, they refused again—stating I no longer had access because the account was frozen. So they locked me out of my own rewards and denied me the right to close the account. That’s not just negligence—it borders on fraud. To make matters worse, my repeated emails went ignored. Zero accountability. Zero customer support. This isn’t a company that made a mistake—it’s a company that punishes its own customers and hides behind canned responses when called out. They are either grossly incompetent or willfully deceptive. Avoid this company at all costs. No matter how responsibly you manage your account, they can and will turn on you without warning, keep what you’ve earned, and leave you with no recourse. It’s not a matter of if they’ll fail you—it’s when.

We use Bill for now and it has really been disappointing. Also, there was no easy way to leave feedback on the app or website so I am going to do it here. I will leave 1 of the many reasons for the low review: Overly proactive fraud protection. My sales team is traveling constantly and we are constantly getting our cards denied for 'suspicious behavior'. This wouldn't be so bad but the option to approve or verify a purchase realtime seems to have gone away. So, now when we are taking a partner to lunch, we get to have the experience of having our transaction denied, calling in, and then waiting for over an hour to get our cards reactivated. What is going on? Hopefully we can understand that this is a horrible experience. I know running a business is tough but this is counter to the very essence of your company and what you do. If you can fix some things we are willing to stay but it seems to be getting worse. The support person was great! However they give them no ability or authority to actual help with tough issues.
