While my mother of the bride dress in the timeframe given, it came in a very small box and very wrinkled. That was back in April. I have tried many steam methods many times as suggested on the website, but all failed. Yesterday I took the plunge and used my iron with steam and a cotton towel to try to remedy the problem. It's not as it should be, but some better than it was. I suggest you have your Chinese packagers begin putting these dresses in larger boxes with some tissue paper to protect. Had it not been crammed into a 12X12 box that was only about 2-3 inches deep, it may not have had much wrinkles and folds at all. For the price I paid for my dress, I expect much better treatment of the product. I will NOT be recommending someone order anything from you. I am one dissatisfied and dissappointed customer.

Worst ever! 2025 review: I ordered a dress in my usual size, but despite being on the smallest end of the size range, it was still way too big. The measurements provided were inaccurate—the bust and sleeves were too large, and the overall fit was completely off. I provided multiple photos and clear justification for an exchange or return, but the company still refused to accommodate. I’ve ordered dresses from Lulu’s and Nordstrom without any issues, and this wasn’t about the price—it was about the design I liked. However, if a company makes it this difficult for customers to get the right size on their first order, it ruins the experience. Expecting customers to take 10–15 photos just to be denied a return or exchange is unreasonable. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Now it’s just sitting in my closet

My sister recommended this place. I was very skeptical at first because it's an online shop. Lo and behold I LOVE this company. I've ordered one and re-worn it for multiple weddings and will get more for future weddings. Try on sample dresses at home and buy customized sizes at no extra cost! :)
