STAY AWAY from the carry-on with the front computer pocket. It's HORRIBLE, heavy, the pocket takes up a ton of the space inside the suitcase. I contacted them both online, and they would not exchange it in the store since it is used…how would I know the waste $325 if I didn't try it? Poor product, poor service. They dont stand behind their products. Not worth it.

Bought the AWAY backpack, got about 2 years of regular usage. The back compartment zipper broke. The zipper quality is subpar for the part that's holding the straps. Almost any other brand is the better option. For the price, there should be more than a ONE year warranty.
