This is some text inside of a div block.
Took this train from Holyhead, UK to Edinburgh, Scotland and bought a first class ticket and I cannot express how much effort Avanti West Coast puts in toward the passengers, very courteous and professional! This was such a beautiful ride and I enjoyed every moment and on time!!

This company should be ashamed of themselves for the way they overbook their trips, over promise on space for big bags and are constantly over staffed On every single trip! I have been up to Edinburgh with them many times and there is never space for my checked luggage, and so then it has no where to go but on the seat next to me and it is the conductors job to make sure that your luggage fits if not then unfortunately it's the person next to you's problem. This company is Greedy as they come and they set a foul example of how train travel should be! I will be making many more formal complaints about this horrid company! To the company and the solution: PUT MORE LUGGAGE SPACES OR MAKE THEM BIGGER FOR YOUR PASSENGERS, (expectation vs reality) OTHERWISE DONT OVER BOOK YOUR TRIPS. I will be sending a complaint to every single council you pass through and I will get you heavily fined! Either do it right or don't do it at all! If you can find an alternative route of travel I advise taking it.

14-07-25 I missed my next train from Crewe because of this train. Always late, never travel to this train again. Worst part of my journey. Staffs are very helpful kind and polite. But the trains timing was disgusting.
