Arizona Biltmore Golf Club's customer reviews analysis

The overall reputation of Arizona Biltmore Golf Club post-renovation appears to be largely positive with a mix of perspectives on the value for the price. Customers have praised the condition of the courses, particularly noting the significant improvements following a major rehabilitation. The club's new restaurant facilities, including the Adobe Grill, have received compliments on their beauty and atmosphere, despite some mentions of service issues and noise levels. There is a recurring theme of appreciation for the scenic views and the club's ambiance. Additionally, the staff and their helpfulness during visits are highlighted positively. However, there are dissenting voices when it comes to pricing, with some golfers feeling that the rates do not match the experience, especially compared to other top-end courses. Comments on course design changes suggest a mixed reception, where some find the updates confusing or unfavorably different from the original layouts.

Positive Feedback

The revitalization of Arizona Biltmore Golf Club has been met with enthusiasm, particularly regarding the course conditions and the facilities. Customers expressed appreciation for the Estates course's immaculate state and acknowledged the effort put into maintaining the grounds. The introduction of the newly renovated Adobe Grill stands out as a distinct strength, drawing customers in with its beautiful design and inviting outdoor patio. The picturesque views and sunsets mentioned in reviews add to the serene golfing experience. Accolades were also directed at the welcoming and accommodating staff, reinforcing the club's reputation for exceptional service. The presence of two different 18-hole courses catering to various skill levels further establishes the club as a versatile golfing destination.

Concerns and Threads

Some elements of the customer feedback paint a less favorable picture of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. Key shortcomings include perceived overpricing and pace-of-play issues. Courses being characterized as 'awful' with poorly maintained tee boxes and greens undermine the otherwise praised condition of the courses. Confusion stemming from the recent course renovations, in combination with discrepancies between the GPS services and scorecards, contributed to a negative experience for some. These grievances, along with comparisons to municipal courses and assessments of value not matching the premium rates, suggest that pricing strategy and course management could be areas for the club to review and improve upon.

Recently played the Estates course and it was in phenomenal condition. The course went through a major rehab last year and it was pristine and ready to play. They were still doing some final touches on the course restaurant but it looked like a great space. Can’t wait to come back later this year!

Great renovation of the facilities. Both courses are pretty short, but it's still hard to score on many holes. I prefer the links over the estates. Course was empty, so I wish the price was a little lower now that it's hot and top end courses have reduced rates significantly.

The new Adobe Grill is beautiful. They really did a great job. The service was a bit off (but they did just open) and inside it was quite LOUD. We went with 3 other couples and it was difficult to have conversations. If just the 2 of us, it would've been fine. We'll definitely be going back.
