This is some text inside of a div block.
Calls from numbers originating from this crowd at least every other day. Report, block and tell the human when I’m lucky enough to speak to one to remove from their records. This never happens. @AQL, please don’t cut and paste a response to this review. Your time would be better spent cleaning up your act, stop selling people’s data to disreputable companies, or put some actual effort into investigating the spoofers if that is indeed what is happening. It’s your issue to deal with if you are in any way a reputable company, stop putting the blame into others.

They describe themselves as wholesaler of phone numbers. They sell your phone number to other people so they can constantly span call you. They do this without your permission which breaks GDPR legislation. They do not pay you a penny of the money they make from your info. These people literally make themselves filthy rich just by selling things they don't own and are not theirs to sell. They are thieves.

Hey Dad - or Mum of course, or any real family relation I suppose - how was it at AQL today? 'Ah it was great thank you' comes the reply. 'We sold someone's private phone number to a lovely bunch of disreputable scam calling companies. Felt great, had a lovely sandwich at lunch as well as it goes'. Ah that is great to hear. We were all a little worried that cold calling was going away so it's so good you're doing this. Keeping scammers updated with numbers to bug about solar panels or jammy biscuits. 'Oh we haven't sold numbers to a jammy biscuit company'. Ah sorry, got carried away. That would be great though. What you doing tomorrow then Dad? 'Going to go back and sell more numbers. Pretty sure we can get people bugged about 5-10 times a day with scam calls if we cut our lunch break down to 30 mins. Mind you, keen to leave early for the driving range tomorrow. I've got some new socks I bought with my bonus'. Dad, that is wonderful. Maybe you could sell them to a jammy biscuit company? 'Tough lad, tough sell that'. Fair enough Dad. Can't wait to follow in your footsteps. Hope A.I. doesn't beat me to it. Right, I'm off to bed to dream of some numbers to sell. Night. Night son. [everyone sleeps happily]

Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment in reviews for AQL and its telecommunications services is strongly negative. Reviewers frequently characterize the company as responsible for persistent unwanted phone calls, raising concerns about privacy and the sale of personal phone numbers. Common feedback includes repeated frustrations with high call volumes, perceived lack of accountability, and difficulty stopping or remedying the situation. There is a notable absence of genuinely positive commentary, and users express a lack of trust in the company’s responses or actions.

Prevalent themes across the feedback highlight issues of data handling, claims of unauthorized sharing or selling of phone numbers, and allegations of breaches of privacy regulations like GDPR. Many reviews accuse AQL of enabling scam and spam calls and describe a lack of customer support or effective measures to reduce unwanted outreach. Operational concerns, like hard-to-contact support and unaddressed removal requests, further erode customer confidence.

Overall, based on customer reports, AQL’s reputation in the UK telecommunications sector is viewed very unfavorably.
