Great customer service. Quick answers to our calls. Quick shuttle pick-up. Our tire went flat while we were parked (existing issue), and the guys helped install the donut w a professional jack and power tools. Thank you so much!

Worst parking experience ever encountered. We came back from our trip and we called multiple times to get a shuttle for the pickup that they provide. Called multiple times while waiting with a tired toddler and finally able to get through. Get on the shuttle and get to the lot around 11 pm. When we get to the lot they aren’t able to find our car keys. He kept searching and they lost them. We were so tired and I thankfully had a second set so they said to call the manager and he will be in touch about the lost keys. We called the next day so rude on the phone the manager and they didn’t find the keys. They were not willing to reimburse us for our keys that they lost!! They said they can make a copy if we drive back up and wait. Honestly don’t think they would have followed through with it even if we make the effort . Such a shady business. Something that was their fault they want us to spend hours out of our day to go back to fix the issue that they created?! We called way who we booked it through but they also were not much help as a third party. This place should be shut down. Whatever you do don’t park here. Worst customer service at an airport lot. 400 set of keys never returned

I’ve used Air Park twice when flying out of LGA and they make the process so easy and seamless. The staff is quick, efficient, and kind. I can’t recommend them enough and I look forward to continuing to use them for my future travels out of LGA.
