The person who handled my case was very rude, they never checked up on me unless it was about payroll. She said her job was to make sure I felt comfortable at work, she did no such thing. She only cared about getting paid. If I could give them a 0, I would.

Probably the most terrible experience Ive ever had working for a staffing agency. After telling me that I work 6 days a week, they wait three days and cut my days in half. They called when I was about to get on the train, so I told the lady on the phone that I'll call her back. Not even two minutes later she texts me "Ontrac, your off days are as texted above as per our conversation. You have 3 working days. If there's any questions, please speak to a Supervisor Nona, Rob or Jun." Which these are none of my supervisor's names. Idk where she got these names from. Please read the reviews and listen to them because I thought it wouldn't happen to me, but it did. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Aerotek (also known as Actalent) terminated me 0n 9/30/2022. When I filed for my Unemployment Insurance the company claimed that I quit, and I was denied my Unemployment Insurance Benefits. New York State Department of Labor has allowed them to do this because on the form that Aerotek filled out where it asks for proof of my quitting the literally wrote in None. The worst corrupt company to work for in New York City. They will laugh on the phone with you, but will lie about you when it comes down to them paying out what is due to its former employees.
