Copying the previous review as it’s exactly same situation for us and even slightly worst added at the bottom It’s been 5 years and my claim is still not settled. The other side admitted full liability, yet Admiral Law has done absolutely nothing to move things forward. They’ve dragged this out endlessly with zero urgency, zero support, and zero accountability. I’ve had up to 15 different case handlers — no consistency, no communication, no care. They are hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs. My claim should’ve taken no more than 6–12 months. Instead, I’ve been stuck in limbo for years. I wouldn’t give them a single star. I’m genuinely shocked they’re still in business. Stay away — seriously. Court has agreed to pay daughter but been more than a year and haven’t had any update on court letter yet… this firm is

I have had bad injuries and I was told that I would be able to claim 6 physio sessions. I didn’t hear anything for 3 months so I phoned and they said the prognosis date has expired so I can no longer claim them. I have been in bad pain for months on end waiting for physio and then when I finally get hold of a real person they say they can no longer offer me this and I’ll have to get a new prognosis which will extend the process another 4-6months! A year since the claim started!! Terrible, admiral insurance is fine the but law side is awful!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Admiral Law has been an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish. My claim has dragged on for nearly three years due to their incompetence, delays, and lack of communication. I have had to chase them constantly; otherwise, I wouldn't hear from them for months. They failed to gather crucial evidence in a timely manner, ignored obvious steps that should have been taken (such as contacting my mechanic sooner), and repeatedly asked me for information they should have obtained themselves. Their so-called "updates" were vague and unhelpful, and I was continuously finding new issues to complain about. When I finally took my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, it became clear that Admiral Law had done everything they could to avoid accountability. In fact, they even attempted to bribe me multiple times into not escalating my complaint. If you’re in a similar situation, do not waste your time waiting for them to do their job properly—take your complaint to the Ombudsman straight away! This firm does not have their clients’ best interests at heart. If you are unfortunate enough to have them handling your case, act fast, push for answers, and escalate your complaint before they waste any more of your time. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Reviews Summary

Overall, customer sentiment toward Admiral Law’s claim handling service is overwhelmingly negative, with reviewers consistently describing dissatisfaction regarding lengthy delays and unresponsiveness. Several mention waiting multiple years for claim resolution, despite the other side accepting liability or legal mandates for payment. Customers also highlight frequent changes in case handlers, lack of meaningful updates, poor communication, and a perceived absence of care from the company. Only negative behaviors are consistently reported, such as inadequate response times and repeated requests for documentation.

Common themes in the reviews include frustration with process delays, difficulty reaching a consistent point of contact, and challenges in receiving clear or timely information about next steps. Customers report feeling the need to chase Admiral Law for any communication, expressing disappointment when promised services or compensation are not delivered. Issues such as expired medical treatment offers, unclear instructions, and unresolved payments surface across nearly all reviews.

Based on available feedback, Admiral Law is regarded as underperforming in the legal claims sector, especially in terms of reliability and case management. In particular, long response times, inconsistent staffing, and unresolved cases appear to impact their reputation among clients seeking accident compensation or injury claims. Prospective customers should note the recurring concerns cited by reviewers regarding their service delivery.
