My first yoga session was such a great experience! The room was calm, peaceful and set the perfect tone for relaxation. Martin was amazing, really welcoming, clear with instructions and made me feel comfortable even as a beginner. I’m already looking forward to the next class!

Headed to the Goodbye Office, Hello Yoga session yesterday and I’m so glad I did! First time on the mat but Martin put me at complete ease. Challenging and fun, will definitely be back :)
