Excellent bike fitting with Tee Jay. Tee Jay was really knowledgable and clearly well qualified. The bike fitting was in depth and covered cycling level, loads of measurements, and sporting and injury history. I’ve come away confident I’ll be getting the best out of my bike with a comfort tailored to me. Tee Jay also offers to follow up in a few weeks once you’ve got some miles done on it in case any tweaks are required at no extra cost. I’d certainly recommend Tee Jay’s bike fitting expertise and will be getting my next bike fitting here when I need one.

I bought an e-bike a few weeks ago (not from Woodrup’s), and on the first ride out on it, I was in a lot of pain in my groin, hips & thigh’s. It took me almost 4 weeks to recover, so a friend suggested I book in for a professional bike fit before getting back on again. My husband buys his bikes from Woodrup’s and he is always impressed with the service so I booked in with Tee Jay. She took several measurements of my body and entered them into the computer. She then measured my bike. A lot of adjustments were required to make my bike fit my body, which she and her team did while I waited. She was extremely knowledgeable about biking and the human anatomy and explained the reason for my injuries, giving me excellent advice how to avoid them going forward. I was with her a very long time, but she was keen that we didn’t rush the appointment. She answered all my questions and suggested we set up another appointment so she can see how I fare with the adjustments to my bike, and to see if anything else needs tweaking. I was blown away by her warmth, professionalism, vast knowledge and her genuine determination to get me fit, and wanting to ride again, without the risk of further problems. I can honestly say it was the best money I have spent in a very long time. Thank you Tee Jay. You are a complete superstar. Thanks also to the lads in the shop who did some of the adjustments and helped put my very heavy bike back in my car !
