I cannot say enough good things about Willow vanities! Their Customer service is absolutely incredible and the quality of the vanity is just as good if not better than a custom vanity. 12/10 recommend!!! Run don’t walk to order from them. We used the Sonoma vanity and couldn’t be happier with the product! When our contractor chipped the vanity, their customer service was so incredible about sending us the exact paint to fix the issue. It’s hard to find a company that really backs up their product and gives exceptional customer service to the extent Willow vanities does.

Willow Bath and Vanity customer service (Miss Rain), (Fast) shipping, and the packaging was superb (wrapped in a wooden crate). The vanity is solid, every door and drawers was aligned properly. This is one of those, you get what you paid for but I feel that it’s still a bargain compared to other companies. I was so pleased of their products that I am in the process to purchase another vanity from Willow Bath and Vanity for my hallway bathroom. Miss Rain also shared some photos of other cabinets and have shipped some samples to me to make the decision even easier. Five stars all around and thank you for going above and beyond.

I am thrilled with my purchase from Willow. I was ordering online from Colorado and their staff was available via chat and email and were able to answer all my questions and allowed me to customize the hardware. I was impressed with the delivery of such a large piece and love the way it looks in our space. Such a huge upgrade to have all the storage I need to keep the counter top clear!
