Appalling service, I would suggest avoiding this company. A large garden furniture order placed, nearly six weeks for scheduled delivery which I accepted, three days before scheduled delivery the store cancelled the order citing the courier doesn't deliver to my location. I checked before ordering via online chat who confirmed they do deliver. I also had further email correspondence two weeks after placing order and no problems were raised with my delivery address at that point. They showed zero interest in trying to resolve this by looking at alternative career firms. Sat on my order for over 5 weeks then cancelled, said refund would arrive in three to five days. At the seventh day I emailed to ask where the refund was. Turns out it hadn't even been processed. I had to wait another five working days before refund arrived. Again showed little interest or concern about the appalling service they provided. The nonsense on their website describing their checkout and tracking system as industry leading is rubbish.I had no time to reorder from a different retailer before the family event where this furniture was needed.

We made a large order for 8 seater rattan garden table with fire pit and a separate fire pit. Firstly the stainless steel fire pit for the table was damaged and the glass surrounding was shattered. They did send out replacements but again the stainless steel was damaged. They then sent another which was ok. After the first season of which we had covered both items with covers for the winter. The fire pit had started to crack and now looks cheap and nasty. We did contact them which took them time come back to us they said there was nothing they could do as the item was a few weeks out of warranty. I was not looking for a free replacement just some discount on a different item. The rattan has started to break now as well. Really disappointed of the quality of the goods considering the price will not be returning to this company.

Furniture gets a thumbs up however delivery service and customer service are dreadful. I was told I would get a text on the day with a time window for delivery. Well that text never arrived, I had to call them and was told it would be delivered in the afternoon. Afternoon came and went then I had to call them and it was then I was told it would be delivered the following day, frustrating seeing as I had taken the day off (costing me a days wages) delivery arrived eventually the following day after numerous phone calls at 4.15pm. Delivery driver was not very helpful, goods were on a pallet and he wanted to just drop it in the middle of the road, despite me offering to move my car so the pallet would not be blocking the road. in the end I got him to offload the boxes manually and I put them on the pavement. I have emailed White stores customer service twice and have not even had the decency of a reply let alone an apology and an offer of compensation for a loss of days waged would have been nice. Another company that is happy to take your money, offer you all the time in the world until you make the purchase then forget all about you. Never again will I purchase from here which is a shame as there were a couple of additional items I required
