Poor quality. Arrived assembled but severely bent and twisted and does not sit flat. How it left in this condition I do not know. NO quality control measures in place. I have 2 other sets same configuration from amazon and half the price, and better quality. Aftersales team are conveniently in a call centre in the far East. Was told I would get a call back, this never happened. Also told that there was a huge backlog which is why it was taking so long to resolve. Thst seems like a lot of complaints to deal with if they are 5 days behind dealing with them all! 🤔 My suggestion would be to buy elsewhere. Will see how long it takes for collection and a refund.

A real shame... we would have been a returning customer for years to come but the customer service is appauling! We’ve spent over £10,000 with White Stores over the past year new sofa, dining table, and a pergola. The pergola looked great at first, but one of the side screens turned out to be faulty and came out of its runner. We contacted White Stores to get it sorted, but were told they no longer stock the colour we originally ordered. Their options? A 50% refund, a voucher for the full amount to use in-store, or a replacement screen in a completely different colour. None of these really work — it’s not just about the screen. That screen is what makes the pergola usable during colder or windier months. Without it, the whole thing is kind of pointless. to have one screen in a completely different colour is just a ridiculous suggestion! We said we’d accept a refund just for the faulty screen £441.00 out of the approx 6k spent on the Pergola, and leave it at that. Not ideal, but at least something. But they’ve flat-out refused. So now we’re stuck with an expensive pergola that doesn’t function as it should — and no real support from the company. We’re now possibly looking at taking them to small claims court. All over one screen. It’s honestly ridiculous that they’d rather let it get to this point than just refund us for a part that was clearly faulty. Really disappointed, especially after spending so much with them.

We decided to buy our patio furniture from this company, even though they were more expensive than others, partly for the 10 year warranty they offered. However, the table top has started to disintegrate after just a few years so we claimed under warranty. Although White Stores promptly agreed the product was faulty and would be replaced, eight months later we are still waiting. Their customer services claim they cannot do anything until their manufacturer supplies it, and they don't even provide updates unless we chase them. Very poor.
