Reviews Summary

The analyzed reviews of The White House tours give insight into the visitors' experiences and the resultant reputation of the company. Visitors have access to two types of tours: the East Wing tour, which is the standard public tour accessible through a Representative’s office, and the West Wing tour, which provides a more in-depth experience including the press room and Oval Office but requires insider access. The recent lift of the photo ban in the East Wing has added an appealing element to touring the White House, enhancing visitors' experience and potentially the company's reputation. However, there is a contrasting sentiment expressed by a visitor who found the experience underwhelming, stating there is not much to see, suggesting that expectations might not always align with the reality of the tour offerings. Overall, while one visitor describes the experience as 'amazing,' indicating a polarized customer experience that affects the overall reputation.

There are two tours for The White House: The East Wing tour and the West Wing tour. The East Wing is the standard tour where you get tickets through your Representatives' office. The tour itself walks you through the public parts of the White House- where the state dinners are, etc. Recently, they lifted the "no photo" ban on the East Wing so now is the time to go. It's super fun to say you were at the White House and this tour seems well and good....until you learn about the West Wing tour. The West Wing tour is where the action is. It's the tour of the press room, the cabinet meeting room, the Oval Office, and all the other exclusive, private areas of the White House. This tour can only be accessed through someone who works at the West Wing, but it's SUPER cool! Both tours require giving your social security number for security reasons.

Frankly sharing with you there is not much to see and move around the white house. Visited this place in 2013 and a bit disappointed. One can see WH from a far distance. It is just ritual to visit this place while in DC/USA.
