Update: After posting my review below, Mr. Gian from Westways got in touch, and since then (over the past month), we’ve established a much more responsive and consistent line of communication—both via phone and email. It has been a significant improvement, and I can now say I’m satisfied with how communication is being handled by the agency 😊 I’ve updated my rating accordingly and truly hope this level of service continues going forward. ------------------------------------------- Unfortunately, Westways Estate Agents become unresponsive once the tenancy begins. As a current tenant under their management, I typically wait around two months for a reply. On top of that, I have to repeatedly follow up and resend the same email just to get an answer. Even for the simplest requests—such as asking to remove or replace an old chair—it takes months and multiple follow-ups to receive a single response. It’s honestly unbelievable. I still can’t understand the reasoning or motivation behind such delays. I’m exhausted from constantly chasing emails and waiting months for approvals that should take no more than five minutes. This doesn’t even include the issues that dragged on for 7-8 months when they could have been resolved in a day or two. If I detailed those, this review would be much longer. Note: I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because they do eventually respond—albeit extremely late. Otherwise, their management style would deserve just 1 star.

I recently secured a flat in Primrose Hill, and I have to say, David from Westways was an absolute star throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. Not only did he provide excellent communication and support, but he even took the initiative to ask the current tenant about measurements & dimensions to make sure my belongings would fit perfectly, which was such a thoughtful touch. David also managed to coordinate with the landlord to replace the kitchen hob and toilet seat before I moved in—something I completely forgot to include in my offer! His attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a letting agent who truly puts in the extra effort, I can’t recommend David at Westways highly enough. His professionalism and dedication made securing my flat a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks David!!!
