Stunning bed. Absolutely amazing delivery time, the men I dealt with were extremely helpful and reliable. The bed itself is immaculate, I ordered the 85” headboard with 50” bed foot base in plush cream and it is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this company to anybody and will be a returning customer. Please see @athomewith_abs on instagram for photos of the bed I ordered, you won’t regret using this company at all !

One of the worst experiences we've had buying online. To start off, no receipt email, nothing, not even a delivery date. Terrible delivery (in every sense), timescale and delivery time was vague. Rushed execution of delivery, with very little care for your home, including bouncing off walls. The delivery team seem rushed off their feet and sleep deprived. The Items were obviously stored without care and zero quality control from manufacturing. Our bed had multiple defects, including: Poor stitching, bolts falling out (no nut inside the wood to secure), metal fixings for ottoman were razor sharp and cut my finger, bed frame wooden struts broken and glue stuck all over the material of the lower bed section. They have outsourced their Whatsapp / complaints contact, which if you can get hold of them give one word answers like 'ASAP', which actually means they have no idea what is happening, zero responsibility or a single "we're sorry for...". I cannot recommend this company in the slightest, an awful experience end to end. I could go on, though I presume the aforementioned issues will be enough. If you do decide to purchase from this company, good luck, you might get a successful delivery and a bed that somehow arrives without defects.

When I searched reviews I was really concerned because I thought a lot of them looked fake. I saw a few lower rated reviews and assumed these could be the only correct ones and began to worry. After my purchase I got a confirmation email, the website does say it can take I think 14 working days for the bed to be made and delivered so I kept that in mind. The website also has a WhatsApp contact button so when I was becoming a bit concerned I messaged WhatsApp. I got a reply to say I’d get an update soon. I did get an update pretty soon after on WhatsApp letting me know the delivery would be the next day and giving me a slot of 3pm - 7pm. It went past 7pm and I got a bit concerned, again I just contacted the WhatsApp and I got a good response within 30 mins, and each time I chased for an update I got one. The delivery was slightly late and they apologised for that which I felt was fair and reasonable at the end of the day when they’re carrying beds up flights of stairs all day delays are bound to happen. The lads that delivered and assembled had clearly been working so hard and continued to work super hard lugging the bed I clearly measured incorrectly up the stairs and through our narrow landing and into the bedroom. The assembly was super quick and the bed is sturdy and well put together ( I even did the classic jump on it). There’s no damage to walls or furniture or the bed or anything. I saw a few reviews saying the bed was poor quality but in my opinion I’m quite happy with what I got. I got a massive headboard, a bed that was highly raised at king size all with a lovely nice luxurious new mattress for £2k, I’m sorry but that’s a bargain. These types of beds are usually £5k plus. Oh and that included delivery and assembly! I did order an end drawer and received a gas lift, saw someone moan about this previously but actually looking at the bed 1) I don’t think it’s actually possible to get the drawer on it if you want the tv bit at the end and 2) they did me a damn favour because I didn’t consider measurements against the wall so if I did get a drawer I wouldn’t have been able to pull it out LOL. I was really impressed not only with the communication but also with the delivery lads and how hard working they are. Thank you very very much! Would definitely use them again. Can confirm this review is real and I’ll post some pics of my bedroom with the bed in if it’ll let me. You can see it isn’t a staged bedroom bc our lights haven’t been hung yet and the packing from the bed is literally on the floor lol (we also have no curtains hahaha)
