I had a really positive experience at Vision Pharmacy recently. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to my 3-year-old daughter’s needs — they made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. A special thank you to Kiran and Amy, who both went above and beyond to help us. Kiran was especially patient and gentle with my daughter, and Amy provided an excellent consultation on stopping smoking, giving clear, supportive advice without any judgment. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines professionalism with such genuine care. I really appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Vision Pharmacy to anyone looking for friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! ❤️

The staff works there was so helpful last minute I had to get my daughter medication as it’s very hard to get hold of them. Especially Arjun he was so polite and so helpful really took care of the service thank you so much really appreciated your help.

My medications are never ordered on time. Staff is arrogant snd they lie about ordering the medication. They've had the prescriptions for a week; I called as soon as they received them on Monday. On Friday, as I said earlier, I arrive to pick up my medication (for diabetes, so it's important that it arrives on time), and the lady blithely announces, "I'll order it now. They'll have it this evening." Of course, they don't have it this evening. And it happens every month. I try to talk to the manager, but it seems easier to meet the King.
