This is some text inside of a div block.
They claim same-day dispatch and 2-5 days for delivery. I chased up after 8 days and they said they had a backlog of orders, they still haven’t dispatched but I ‘should’ receive the order by the end of the week. Following day they emailed me to say they had cancelled at my request. I didn’t request a cancellation. Waste of time.

Ordered two items on 24th April.. still waiting for them, sent numberess emails with no response. Ask for a refund says 2-4 days still waiting for that!! Then another email saying wait for dispatch email.. still waiting for that🙄. No-one knows what's happening!! Contact number doesn't work only a contract form. Shocking customer service!! 😡 I'll never use this company again 4/2/25 still no response

It looks like I'm not alone with the problems I've encountered here. I've used AYP in the past without issue, but I ordered something on the 4th of May and as of 10th June still haven't received my order. Each time I email they tell me I will have my order in 2 - 4 working days, but it never arrives. Maybe there is new management, or a new system in place that isn't working for them, but for a company selling medicines this is unacceptable. To wait over a month and not receive an order is not acceptable. To repeatedly promise a customer a new delivery date and then not deliver is not acceptable. My advice, don't use this company. You won't receive what you ordered and will end up in a painful back and forth with them to either get you money back. I'm now going to have to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back
