Received such a warm & friendly welcoming & made to feel extremely relaxed by all the staff I encountered. Can safely say it was an amazing experience, from trading in my old car to purchasing new car, to after sales service and advice. It’s a family run business, Stuart the owner & his son, Jack are so relaxed and helpful, to Amir and Sean, the sales representatives who are also so full of knowledge. Can almost say I was made to feel a part of the family. Can safely say that Vision Motors will be my first point of call when looking to change my current vehicle. I don’t normally write reviews, but it was such a great experience that I just had to find the time to write one. Stephen White- an extremely happy customer.

I am writing this review to warn other customers and share my full experience with Vision Motors. I was sold a car with serious engine damage and multiple hidden faults that were not disclosed at the time of sale. After waiting over six weeks for the vehicle to be collected, I was given a courtesy car — but without valid road tax. As a result, the courtesy vehicle was clamped, leaving me without transportation and facing unnecessary stress. Now that the vehicle has been returned, Vision Motors is refusing to return my £1,500 deposit, claiming £900 for supposed “damage” — with no proof, no breakdown, and no justification. I strongly believe this is a false and opportunistic claim. To make matters worse, I have recently been informed that someone attempted to register the car under a new keeper and changed the number plate via DVLA — without my permission. This happened after I had returned the vehicle, which raises serious concerns about how they are managing vehicles and documents. I am aware other customers have experienced similar issues with delays, false damage claims, and misleading communication. I would urge anyone considering Vision Motors to proceed with extreme caution. This experience has caused significant stress and wasted time, and I feel it’s important to speak out.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend Vision Motors Direct I had a terrible experience with Vision Motors Direct. I reserved a car by paying a £100 deposit, which they clearly stated was fully refundable. I also booked an appointment to view the car and arrived on time, expecting a professional experience. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the reality. When I arrived, the car I had reserved wasn’t even at the showroom. I was told to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passed, I checked again and was told to wait another 15. This cycle repeated and I ended up waiting outside for over an hour. Nobody even offered a seat or had the courtesy to keep me updated properly. When the car finally arrived, it was filthy, clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and worst of all, the mileage was more than double what was advertised. I was shocked. This is completely unacceptable and extremely misleading. The staff were unprofessional, disorganized, and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. I deeply regret trusting this place. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get my £100 refund for over a week now. I’ve called multiple times, followed up repeatedly, but no one is taking responsibility. It feels like they’ve just taken the money and vanished. This is not how a proper showroom operates – this feels like a scam. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from Vision Motors Direct to think twice. There are far better, more honest dealerships out there. Avoid this place.
