Our car was scratched in multiple spots when we came back to pick it up after parking here (photos attached). It was parked by their valet, and they kept the keys the whole time. When we pointed out the damage, the person in the office first tried to deny it happened there. Then they showed us a video from when we dropped off the car—which clearly showed it was in perfect condition. So they knew it was damaged while in their care, but still refused to take any responsibility. We had to fill out a complaint form and after a few days, we got an email saying they weren’t going to do anything about it. Now we’re stuck paying the insurance deductible to fix it ourselves. Honestly, this whole thing has been super frustrating. We paid to park here thinking our car would be safe, but clearly that wasn’t the case. All the good reviews made it seem like a reliable and responsible place, but we were definitely misled. If you value your car don’t want to risk it getting damaged and then ignored, I’d say stay far away from this company.

We had a terrible experience here. First, the entrance is difficult to find (not a huge deal). When we got back for pick-up, three families were waiting for the shuttle, all calling Victoria with no answer (waiting for over 20min). Finally, I got through and they sent a shuttle, which was mostly full so not all families got on. When we arrived at our car, it was double parked in so we could not get out. These must have been valet cars, but they clearly do not have a designated spot for valets, so they double parked them behind other customers. After waiting to get through to someone, finally getting a shuttle, we then had to wait for someone to move the car that was blocking us in. Not a great service model at this place.

I can honestly say I had a great experience upon dropping off my car. First I didn’t really have trouble finding the place I used Google Maps. Secondly I had prepaid online, so just got in with a QR code. When I arrived at 2:45am , I found parking quickly. And on top of that I met the nicest driver ever. I think he said his name was Luis he was working 5/30/25 the night shift. He went above and beyond he helped me with my suitcases. He was very professional and very considerate. I am traveling due to a death in the family, he game me condolences and we talk a bit about family. I was at the terminal at 3:00am. He then went and found a cart for me to use so I didn’t have to drag my suitcases across the road on my own. Five stars to this gentleman alone. He made my experience so positive. I was a bit skeptical because of the other reviews. But he really shone bright! He is a great employee!
