If I could give this review a 0 I would. I went in on 6/10 to have my oil changed. I have a 2015 Audi A6 w/ no dipstick and the only way to drain the oil is by removing the plug. When this was done my crush washer was not replaced as you can see by the massive amounts of oil that my car is leaking!! I took it back in to the store to have it fixed and I was met with the most unbothered tech ever Brandon (who worked on my car initally). I told him exactly what needed to be done and he said they would not help or fix the car. He went into the bay and looked at the car for 2 seconds and came back up. The store manager could have cared less as well as she sat in her air conditioned office looking at me clearly upset and went about her day. I had to ask another tech for corprates number who then went in to ask the manager for it and still no care or how can I help! The worst expericence ever!

Went in for an oil change specifically because i was going out of town. I let the MANAGER ASHLEY know that specifically so that i can be let known of any issues that were needing to be taken care of prior to me leaving town. She rung me up took my payment and said everything looked perfect. I also asked her about topping off my anti freeze since it was at the minimum line and she said she wouldnt due to it “expanding” when my car warmed up and she didnt want it to go over the max line. Although i had been driving my car for an hour 😒. I didnt hassle her because i could tell they were busy. I left on my camping trip to Nebraska and 2 hours later my skid plate starts to scrape the ground and oil is leaking from the bottom of my car. I had to call an after hours mechanic that took 2 hours to arrive and then fix the issue. These idiots left 2 screws off of my skid plate and only attached it to one side leaving half of it dangling on the ground. Their excuse was that i only had 2 to begin with BUT they could have at least placed one on each side and NOT left it dangling on the ground. I called to get ONLY half the refund of my 100$ bill (since i did use their product) and a 60$ reimbursement for mechanic call and of course it was denied. Their reasoning was that it was noted on the paperwork when it definitely was not and the leak my car had was from them not shutting the oil valve completely. i had to buy a new skid plate and had to purchase new oil to refill MYSELF. Not only did ASHLEY continue to say shed call me back but she never did. I also spoke to the idiot general manager who had no idea what to even do and kept leaving it up to her. They Wasted my money on some shitty people/service along with wasting my time trying to contact her on a consistent basis. Also note that you cannot leave a message. You have to go into the office to get a hold of anyone. Dont waste your time on their shitty business and shitty people who are clueless and running a “business”. As of now i will be filling with small claims court to get a full refund on the products i purchased, for a refund for the service i paid for along with the mechanic price i paid for in Nebraska. Dont waste your time on these idiots who are clueless on what theyre doing

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Josh, Lili and Nick were very knowledgeable and professional. They were out of stock on my air filter, called another store and they brought it to them within 10-15 minutes. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Kudos! Keep it up!
