I came into Value City Furniture on Elston Ave for the first time today on a whim and am so happy that I did! Jorge was super friendly and very informative. I came back later that night and walked out with a beautiful new leather sectional. Jorge did everything he could to accommodate and was very attentive. The store manager Steve was also very nice and accommodating. They made the purchase seamless and I am confident I made a great choice shopping here. I would highly recommend!

Lisa was my sale person Value City located on Elston. She convinced me not to go to another store and took the time to understand what my knees were I was looking for. She was right if you're convinced me you good I always stopped it by your city but I never purchase anything so after purchasing one set of living room furniture I came back again to purchase a second set the first one was for my granddaughter. Lisa should be promoted she know the furniture business. Thank you Lisa thank you by your city for hiring Lisa. From Valerie Jackson
