Barbara Ferguson has really made my transactions with UHS so smooth. She goes beyond and above to manage and resolve my complaints. She's attentive, professional, and business driven. Honestly, without Barbara's assistance, I wouldn't be transacting with UHS. She's the best when it comes to customer service.

If the company were all like Barbara it would definitely be 5 stars. She is always helpful and great at ther job. Unfortunately I have had several problems with equipment I have ordered from them and their repair department doesn't take care of me so thats out of Barbara's hands but if it were in her hands she would be getting my order for a couple new cutters this week and a 5 star review. Thanks again Barbara you are always great to talk to and always get me handled to the best of your abilities.
